目的 分析系统护理在脑出血术后重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)护理中的效果.方法 便利选择2021年1月—2023年6月在徐州医科大学附属医院ICU治疗的82例脑出血术后患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施系统护理.对比两组肢体功能、自理能力、机械通气时间、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况.结果 护理后,观察组肢体功能、自理能力评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组机械通气时间短于对照组,术后12、24 h疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).结论 予以脑出血术后ICU患者系统护理可促进预后,改善患者肢体功能、提高自理能力,减少并发症,减轻疼痛.
Application Effect of Systematic Nursing in ICU Nursing after Intracere-bral Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing in the intensive care unit(ICU)after intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 82 patients treated in the ICU of Xuzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing.Limb function,self-care ability,mechanical ventila-tion time,pain score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of limb function and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The mechanical ventilation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the pain score at 12 and 24 h after surgery was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically(all P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.88%,lower than that of the control group 19.51%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.100,P<0.05).Conclusion System-atic nursing of ICU patients after intracerebral hemorrhage can promote prognosis,improve limb function,improve self-care ability,reduce complications,relieve pain,and can be extended.
