目的 分析早期预警评分在急性左心衰患者康复进程中的作用.方法 典型方便选取2022年4月—2023年4月徐州市贾汪区人民医院收治的98例急性左心衰患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各49例.对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施基于早期预警评分的护理.比较两组负性情绪、不良事件发生情况、生活质量简表(World Health Organization Quality of Life-100,WHOQOL-100)评分.结果 干预后,研究组负性情绪评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率(4.08%)低于对照组(16.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.009,P=0.045);护理干预后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 早期预警评分对于急性左心衰患者的康复有促进作用,通过全面、差异化的护理措施,使患者得到更为精准和全面的护理.从而改善负性情绪,并有效地降低不良事件的发生率,从而提高患者生活质量.
Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Early Warning Score on Rehabili-tation Process of Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure
Objective To analyze the role of early warning score in rehabilitation of patients with acute left heart fail-ure.Methods A typical convenience selected 98 patients with acute left heart failure admitted to Xuzhou Jiawang Dis-trict People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given nursing based on early warning score.The negative emo-tions,adverse events,and World Health Organization Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)scores were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After the intervention,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group(4.08%)was lower than that in the control group(16.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.009,P=0.045).After nursing intervention,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early warning score can promote the rehabilitation of patients with acute left heart failure.Through comprehensive and differentiated nursing measures,patients can get more accurate and comprehensive nursing.Thus,the negative emotions were improved,and the inci-dence of adverse events was effectively reduced,thus improving the quality of life of patients.
