Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Control of Nosocomial In-fection in Urology Department
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in controlling nosocomial infection in urology department.Methods A total of 118 patients admitted to the department of urology of Yancheng Third People's Hospital from June 2020 to December 2022 were coveniently selected as the research objects.After random number-ing,they were divided into control group and observation group according to odd and even numbers.The control group(old number conveniently,59 cases)was given routine care.The observation group(even number,59 cases)received comprehensive nursing.The specific conditions of nosocomial infection during hospitalization in the two groups were observed and recorded,and the total incidence rate was statistically compared.The satisfaction of the two groups of pa-tients with nursing measures was investigated by questionnaire.The quality of life of the two groups after nursing was evaluated.Results The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group(0)was lower than that in the control group(10.17%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.321,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode in urology de-partment can effectively prevent and control nosocomial infection,establish a good nurse-patient relationship,and im-prove patients'satisfaction and quality of life.
