Effect of Group Controlled Labor Analgesia Clinical Guidance on Delivery Success Rate of Primipara
Objective To explore the effect of group controlled labor analgesia clinical guidance on the success rate of breast-feeding in primipara. Methods A total of 150 primipara patients admitted to Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January to December 2022 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=75)and control group(n=75)according to random number table method. The control group was given routine controlled analgesia management during labor, and the observation group was given clinical guidance for controlled analgesia during labor. The course of labor, psychological state before and after intervention and nuring compliance were com-pared between the two groups. Results The first stage of labor[(472.54±40.86)min],the second stage of labor[(69.45±18.32)min]and the third stage of labor[(10.26±1.73)min]in the observation group were shorter than those in the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.185,4.003,3.640,all P<0.05).The Self-rating De-pression Scale(SDS)scores and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group controlled labor analgesia clinical guidance can shorten the labor process of primipara, improve the psychological state, and the patient compliance is higher.
