Objective To analysis the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on preoperative anxiety in patients undergoing elective neurosurgery.Methods A total of 50 patients with elective neurosurgery surgery in Ninghua County General Hospital of Sanming,Fujian from January 2022 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the re-search objects,and they were divided into a general group(25 cases,general nursing intervention)and a comprehen-sive group(25 cases,general nursing intervention+comprehensive nursing intervention)by double-blind method.The preoperative anxiety,nursing cooperation,life health index and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,preoperative anxiety score of the comprehensive group was lower than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the nursing cooperation of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the life health index of the comprehensive group was higher than that of the general group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the satisfaction of the comprehensive group was 96.00%,which was higher than that of the general group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.153,P<0.05).Conclusion After receiving comprehensive nursing intervention,patients with elective neurosurgery can effectively relieve preoperative anxiety,improve nursing cooperation,and make their life healthier during hospitalization and more satisfied with nurs-ing work.
