Application of Extended Nursing in Postoperative Nursing of Patients with Kidney Stones and Its Influence on Complications
Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing mode in postoperative nursing of patients with kidney stones and its influence on complications.Methods A total of 86 patients with kidney stones admitted to the department of urology of Xinghua People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the random draw,they were divided into control group and observation group,by random selection method.All patients underwent surgical treatment.The control group(43 cases)received routine postoperative nursing and the observation group(43 cases)received postoperative extended nursing.The self-management efficacy,postoperative complications,disease recurrence,nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The self-management knowledge,health behavior,health management ac-tivities and total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate of 4.65%and disease recurrence rate of 0 in the observation group were lower than 20.93%and 13.95%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=5.108,6.450,P=0.024,0.011).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the quality of life score,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of extended nursing in patients with kidney stone surgery is rela-tively ideal,which can help patients effectively avoid adverse postoperative complications and prevent the recurrence of the disease.
