纳米炭混悬液示踪技术在甲状腺癌根治术中的应用及对患者预后的影响分析

目的 探究在甲状腺癌根治术中应用纳米炭混悬液示踪技术的效果.方法 方便选取2019年8月—2022年8月福建省南平同道仁爱医院收治的96例行甲状腺癌根治术的患者为研究对象,利用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例.对照组采取开放性甲状腺癌根治术,观察组在对照组的基础上,术中注射纳米炭混悬液.对比两组患者血钙、血清甲状旁腺激素(Parathyroid Hormone,PTH)水平、并发症情况、淋巴结清扫率、复发率及生存率.结果 观察组术后血钙(2.26±0.19)mmol/L及PTH(29.64±11.06)pg/mL水平均高于对照组(2.15±0.15)mmol/L、(24.83±10.58)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=3.148、2.177,P均<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组淋巴结清扫率、复发率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 在甲状腺癌根治术中采取纳米炭混悬液示踪技术,有利于保护甲状旁腺功能,且降低并发症发生率及复发率.
Application of Carbon Nanosuspension Tracer Technique in Radical Thy-roidectomy and Its Influence on Prognosis
Objective To investigate the effect of carbon nanosuspension tracer technique in radical thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing radical thyroidectomy in Tongdao Ren'ai Hospital of Nanping,Fujian Province from August 2019 to August 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open radical resection of thyroid cancer,and the observation group was treated with intraop-erative injection of carbon nanoparticles suspension on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum calcium,serum Parathyroid Hormone(PTH),complications,lymph node dissection rate,recurrence rate and survival rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The levels of postoperative serum calcium and PTH in the observation group were(2.26±0.19)mmol/L and(29.64±11.06)pg/mL,which were higher than those in the con-trol group(2.15±0.15)mmol/L and(24.83±10.58)pg/mL,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.148,2.177,both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lymph node dissection rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The use of carbon nanosuspension tracer technology in radical thyroidectomy is beneficial to protect parathyroid function and reduce complication rate and recurrence rate.
