The Application of Austerian Incision Combined With B-Lynch Suture in Caesarean Section For Patients with Scarred Uterus of Placenta Previa and Its Influence on Postoperative Recovery
Objective To investigate the application value of the combined B-Lynch suture in the treatment of caesar-ean section in patients with scar uterus of placenta previa. Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with placenta pre-via scar uterus who underwent cesarean section in the People's Hospital of Jiawang District of Xuzhou City from May 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the different groups of surgical procedures, the patients who received bilateral ascending uterine artery ligation were included in the control group(n=37),and the patients who received uterine incision combined with B-Lynch suture were included in the observation group(n=37).The ef-fective rate of treatment, surgical related indicators, postoperative recovery and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group total effective rate was 94.59%,higher than 75.68%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.232,P<0.05).The blood loss during operation,2 h after operation and 24 h after operation in the observation were less than those in the control group, and the opera-tion time was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The obser-vation length of hospital stay, lochia bleeding time and menstrual rehydrating time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of ad-verse reactions n the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of uterus Abd incision combined with B-Lynch suture in cesarean section for patients with placenta previa scar uterus can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of blood loss, reduce the risk of adverse reactions, and is more conducive to postoperative recovery of patients and improve the treatment ef-ficiency.
