Objective To analyze the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary dis-ease remission period.Methods A total of eighty COPD remission patients treated in Quanzhou First Hospital Affili-ated to Fujian Medical University from February 2021 to January 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups with forty cases each by random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation treatment on this basis.The reha-bilitation effect between the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the lung function and the scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P＜0.05),the 6 min walking distance(423.0±23.5)m was longer than that of the control group(358.6±18.5)m,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.618,P＜0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation therapy during COPD remission is helpful to the improvement of lung function,quality of life and exercise endurance.
