Clinical Efficacy of Alprostadil Combined with Mecobalamine in the Treat-ment of Diabetic Retinopathy
Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil combined with mecobalamine in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods 80 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to Wuxi Second People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with metracobalamin, and the observation group was treated with alprostadil and metracobalamin. The treatment effect, clinical related indicators and the occurrence of adverse effects of the two groups were compared.Re-sults The effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.501,P<0.05).After treatment, the best corrected visual acuity improved in both groups, the retinal thickness and IOP values decreased,And the best corrected visual acuity in the observation group was(0.38±0.10),which was higher than that of the control group, and the retinal thickness of(168.65±64.54)μm was less than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of diabetic retinopathy by proprostadil combined with methocobalamin can improve clinical treatment, reduce retinal thickness and intraocular pressure value, and have high safety, which is worthy of reference.
