Effect of Perioperative Clinical Nursing Pathway in Patients with Ankle Joint Fracture
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on perioperative care for patients with ankle fracture.Methods 80 ankle fracture patients in the department of trauma orthopedics of Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,according to the random number table method,patients were divided into reference group and observation group.The reference group(40 cases)con-ducted the routine care,and the observation group(40 cases)conducted the clinical care path.The postoperative re-covery,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of getting out of bed,hospitalization and fracture healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfac-tion of nursing in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing of ankle fracture patients with clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and has a good nursing intervention effect.
