Study on the Effect of Implementing Emergency Nursing Procedure on Emergency Quality in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To study the application value of emergency nursing pathway in patients with acute cerebral in-farction.Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Caoxian People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control and observation groups us-ing random number table method. The control group(45 cases)applied the routine care, and the observation group(45 cases)applied the emergency care pathway. The psychological state,self-care ability score, quality of life score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically signifi-cant difference between the two groups in thesychological state and self-care ability score(both P>0.05).After nurs-ing,in the observation group, the scores of anxiety, depression and self-care ability were(38.45 2.64)points,(37.15 2.84)points and(82.01 4.34)points respectively, which were higher than(42.15±2.28)points,(41.16±2.97)points and(71.15±4.26)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.115,6.546,11.979,all P<0.05).After nursing, the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, significan, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of emergency nursing procedures for patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve the quality of emergency care, regulate negative psychological emotions of patients, improve self-care ability and quality of life, and has a high nursing satisfaction.
