Objective To explore the influence of IDEAS-based diversified nursing model on quality of life and satis-faction of patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 84 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to the gastro-enterology department of the Third People's Hospital of Yancheng City from September 2018 to September 2023 as the study objects were conveniently selected as study objects and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(42 patients)received routine nursing and the observation group(42 patients)received IDEa-based diversified nursing model.The quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The IDEAS-based diversified nursing model has a positive impact on the nursing effect of ulcerative colitis,which is conducive to improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
