Effect of Collaborative Nursing on Self-care Ability of Hemodialysis Pa-tients
Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative nursing in the nursing of hemodialysis patients and its influence on patients'self-care ability. Methods 70 hemodialysis patients admitted to Xuyi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangsu Province from January 2020 to October 2023 were randomly selected as study subjects, and they were divided into two groups of 35 cases each by randomized computerized blind selection method, with the control group practicing routine care and the observation group practicing collaborative care respec-tively.The two groups were compared in terms of self-care ability, treatment compliance, quality of life, satisfaction and the occurrence of dialysis adverse reactions. Results After care, the observation group had significantly higher scores of self-concept[(38.57±3.22)points],knowledge and information seeking[(26.74±1.49)points],passivity[(39.01±3.51)points],and motivation[(47.88±4.20)points]than the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(t=4.722,6.496,3.166,and 2.364,all P<0.05).The observation group's treatment adherence score, quality of life score, and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Collaborative nursing has an auxiliary therapeutic effect on hemodialysis patients, which is conducive to improving patients'self-care effi-cacy and treatment compliance, avoiding many adverse reactions, significantly improving patients'quality of life and satisfaction.
