目的 分析实施综合护理干预在配戴角膜塑形镜的青少年近视患者中的应用效果.方法 随机选取2021年8月—2023年8月甘肃省人民医院收治的80例配戴角膜塑形镜的青少年近视患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法进行分组,分为对照组(采取常规护理干预,共40例)与观察组(采取常规加综合护理干预,共40例).比较两组患者对佩戴保养知识的掌握度、心理状态、生活质量以及护理满意度.结果 观察组对佩戴保养知识的掌握度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(Self-rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating Depression Scale,SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均＜0.05);观察组的健康调查简表(The MOS Item Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的护理满意度(92.50%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ2 =4.501,P＜0.05).结论 针对配戴角膜塑形镜的青少年近视患者实施综合护理干预,有助于增强其对佩戴保养知识掌握度,缓解负面情绪,改善生活质量,进而提高护理满意度.
Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Adolescent Myopia Pa-tients Wearing Orthokeratology Glasses
Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on adolescent myopia patients wear-ing orthokeratology glasses.Methods A total of 80 adolescent myopic patients with orthokeratology glasses who were admitted to Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were randomly selected as the re-search objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(40 cases in total with routine nursing intervention)and observation group(40 cases in total with routine plus comprehensive nursing inter-vention).The mastery of wearing maintenance knowledge,psychological state,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The knowledge of wearing maintenance in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P＜0.05).The MOS Item Short From Health Survey(SF-36)score of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(92.50%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.501,P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention for adolescent myopia patients wear-ing orthokeratology glasses is helpful to enhance their knowledge of wearing maintenance,relieve negative emotions,improve quality of life,and improve nursing satisfaction.
