Effect of Jianpi Yiqi Prescription Combined with Acupuncture on Postop-erative Patients with Colon Cancer
Objective To observe the effect of Jianpi Yiqi prescription combined with acupuncture on postoperative patients with colon cancer.Methods The clinical data of 180 patients with colon cancer who received treatment in Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Accord-ing to different treatment methods,they were divided into reference group and study group,90 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with routine treatment,and the study group was treated with Jianpi Yiqi Decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of the reference group.The treatment time of the two groups was 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,intestinal function recovery time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group(91.11%)was higher than that in the con-trol group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.096,P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds,the first time of defecation,and the first time of defecation in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of ad-verse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(χ2=4.063,P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi prescription combined with acupuncture for postoperative patients with colon cancer can shorten the recovery time of intestinal function,and is conducive to postoperative rehabilita-tion of patients.
