评价尿毒清颗粒对腹膜透析患者残余肾功能及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 评价尿毒清颗粒对腹膜透析患者残余肾功能及生活质量的影响.方法 随机选取2023年5-7月宜兴市人民医院接受腹膜透析治疗的140例患者为研究对象,根据临床治疗药物的不同分为研究组和对照组,对照组(n=91)采用贝前列素钠片治疗,研究组(n=49)在对照组的基础上采用尿毒清颗粒进行治疗,比较两组残余肾功能及生活质量评分.结果 治疗后,研究组各项肾功能指标、生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 尿毒清颗粒可改善腹膜透析患者残余肾功能及生活质量水平.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Niaoduqing granules on residual renal function and quality of life of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods A total of 140 patients receiving peritoneal dialysis treatment in Yixing People's Hospital from May to July 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into study group and control group according to different clinical treatment drugs.The control group(n=91)was treated with beprost sodium tab-lets,and the study group(n=49)was treated with urine Duqing granules on the basis of the control group.The residual renal function and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the renal function indexes and quality of life scores of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Niaoduqing granules may improve the residual renal function and quality of life level of peritoneal dialysis patients.
