Effect of Freeze-dried Recombinant Human Brain Natriuretic Peptide Combined with Sacubactril Valsartan Sodium on Acute Heart Failure with Renal Insufficiency
Objective To explore the effect of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide combined with sacubactril valsartan sodium in the treatment of acute heart failure with renal insufficiency.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute heart failure with renal insufficiency who were treated in Zibo Municipal Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected randomly as the study objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.Patients in both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with sacubactril valsartan sodium,and the observation group was treated with freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide on the basis of the control group.The renal function and cardiac function of the two groups af-ter treatment were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment was ob-served.Results After treatment,the indexes of urea nitrogen,creatinine and B-type natriuretic peptide in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The ratios of left ventricular ejection fraction and blood flow velocity in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the levels of left ventricular remodeling index and left atrial volume index were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reac-tions in the observation group was 11.43%,lower than 34.29%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.185,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of freeze-dried recombinant human brain natriuretic pep-tide and sackubactril valsartan sodium in the treatment of acute heart failure with renal insufficiency has relatively positive clinical efficacy,which can significantly improve the renal function and cardiac function of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and have a positive impact on improving the quality of life and overall prognosis of patients.
