Effects of Qili Qiangxin Capsule Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan So-dium Tablets on Arrhythmogenesis and Cardiac Function in Heart Failure Patients
Objective To analyze the important role played by Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsar-tan in the treatment regimen of heart failure patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with heart failure admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected conveniently as the study objects.They were divided into two groups based on a random number table.The control group(36 cases)was treated with sackubactril valsartan sodium tablets.The study group(36 cases)was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with Sakubactril valsartan sodium tablets.The therapeutic effect,cardiac function index,incidence of ar-rhythmia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treat-ment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was(52.27±4.15)%,higher than that of the control group(44.37±3.62)%,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter was(35.23±2.49)mm,and the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was(43.06±3.77)mm.Which were lower than those of control group(42.50±3.16)mm and(51.73±3.65)mm,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.607,10.842,9.913,all P<0.05).The incidence of arrhythmia in the study group was 2.78%,which was lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.571,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 19.44%,slightly higher than that in the control group(13.88%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of heart failure,the application of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan pro-gram can improve the patients'cardiac function,reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia,and at the same time,have a certain degree of drug safety.
