Clinical Effect and Survival Rate of Patients with Acute Obstruction of Colorectal Cancer Treated by Stage Ⅰ Radical Resection and Anastomosis
Objective To investigate the effect of stage Ⅰ radical resection and anastomosis on the survival rate of pa-tients with acute obstruction of colorectal cancer treated in emergency. Methods A retrospective analysis was con-ducted on the clinical data of sixty patients with acute obstruction of colorectal cancer treated in Rizhao Central Hos-pital from January 2021 to January 2023.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into basic group(30 cases, stage Ⅰ resection and Stage Ⅱ anastomosis surgery)and study group(30 cases, stage Ⅰ radical resec-tion and anastomosis surgery). The duration of operation and hospital stay, serum factor levels before and after opera-tion,6-month survival rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the basic group, and the serum factor level was lower than that of the basic group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications(6.67%)in the study group was lower than(26.67%)in the basic group, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(χ2=4.320,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in 6-month survival rate be-tween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In clinical patients with acute obstruction of colorectal cancer, emergency stage Ⅰ radical resection and anastomosis can effectively reduce the length of operation and hospital stay, improve the level of inflammatory factors in patients, reduce the probability of postoperative complications, and have a high short-term survival rate.
