Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Single-port Thoracoscopic Lobec-tomy on Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of single-port thoracoscopic lobectomy on non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 110 non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted to Danyang People's Hospital from January 2021 to Au-gust 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups by random number table method. The observation group(55 cases)underwent single-port thoracoscopy for lobectomy, while the control group(55 cases)underwent three port thoracoscopy for lobectomy. The surgical indexes, postoperative pain scores, and complications of the two groups were analyzed. Results The total chest tube drainage volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the chest tube removal time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically sig-nificant difference in the number of lymph node dissection between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).total The incidence of complications in the observation group(7.27%)was lower than that in the control group(21.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.680,P<0.05).Conclusion When non-small cell lung cancer is treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy, the choice of single-port operation can reduce the degree of trauma and postoperative pain, reduce surgical complications and shorten the recovery time.
