Effects of Continuous Blood Purification for Severe Heart Failure with Acute Kidney Injury on Patients'Renal and Cardiac Functions
Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous blood purification(CBP)in patients with severe heart failure and acute kidney injury. Methods 40 patients with severe heart failure and acute kidney injury in the Depart-ment of Critical Care Medicine of Liyang People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were randomly selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the control group and the study group according to the coin-flip method. The control group(20 cases)was given conventional treatment, and the study group(20 cases)was given continuous blood purification treatment. The treatment effect, renal function indexes and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The total therapeutic effect of the study group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.329,P=0.037).The levels of blood creati-nine and blood urea nitrogen in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction and cardiac output in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous blood purification used in patients with severe heart failure and acute kidney injury can improve the thera-peutic effect, improve renal function and cardiac function.
