Clinical Effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule Combined with Metoprolol Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Ventricular Precontraction in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of ventricular precontraction in elderly patients with coronary atheroscle-rotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).Methods A total of 100 patients with ventricular premature contraction of coronary heart disease admitted to Zibo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.According to different treatment drugs,they were divided into single group and combined group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the single group were treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets,and patients in the combined group were treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets combined with Shensong Yangxin capsules.The therapeutic effects,blood pressure and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after different medications.Results The total effective rate of the combined group of patients was 88.00%,which was higher than the 72.00%of the single group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.000,P<0.05).After treatment,the heart rate,blood pressure levels,and the number of ventricular premature contractions were lower in the combination group than in the single group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shensong Yangxin capsule combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients,improve the heart rate and blood pressure level of patients,reduce the number of ventricular prema-ture contractions,and the safety of combined medication is high.
