Analysis of the Efficacy of Different Doses of Irbesartan in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction
Objective To explore the efficacy of different doses of irbesartan in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 140 patients with myocardial infarction admitted to Juye County People's Hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.According to different doses of irbesartan, they were divided into low-dose group and large-dose group, with 70 cases in each group. The low-dose group was treated with 75 mg/d irbesartan and the large-dose group was treated with 150 mg/d irbesartan. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the large-dose group was 95.71%,which was higher than that of the low-dose group(85.71%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.155,P<0.05).After treatment, the duration and frequency of chest pain in large-dose group were better than those in low-dose group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,The left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)in the large-dose group was lower than that in the low-dose group and the left ventricular end systolic vol-ume(LVEF)was higher than that in the low-dose group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no significant difference in heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant dif-ference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The total effective rate of large-dose irbesartan in the treatment of myocardial infarction was high, the duration of chest pain and the number of episodes were low,and the adverse reactions were similar to those of low-dose irbesartan.
