Comparison of the Efficacy of Tegretol and Clopidogrel Combined with Aspirin respectively in the Treatment of Unstable Angina in Coronary Heart Disease
Objective To explore the differences in the effects of tegretol and clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease),respectively. Methods 102 patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina admitted to Suzhou Wuzhong People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into groups by the difference in treat-ment methods.Control group(n=50)was carried out clopidogrel and aspirin combined treatment, and observation group(n=52)was carried out tegretol and aspirin combined treatment. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(96.15%vs 80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.408,P<0.05).The number of angina episodes in patients after treatment was less and the duration of each episode was shorter than before treatment, and the number of episodes and the duration of each episode were less and shorter in the observation group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and interleukin-6(IL-6)were lower in patients after treatment than before treatment, and the levels of each factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant differ-ence in bleeding rate between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with un-stable angina in coronary artery disease, the efficacy of combining Tegretol with aspirin therapy is more reliable than that of clopidogrel, which is more conducive to the improvement of angina symptoms and inflammatory response of pa-tients,and reduces the incidence of cardiovascular adverse reactions without increasing the risk of hemorrhage.
