Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery Nursing Combined with Health Education on the Incidence and Effect of Postoperative Complica-tions in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis
Objective To explore the effects of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with health educa-tion on chronic sinusitis and its impact on improving complications.Methods 70 patients with chronic sinusitis admit-ted to Binhai Hospital of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from September 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(35 cases)received acceler-ated rehabilitation surgery combined with health education nursing.The level of local symptoms and pain,health knowl-edge mastery score,quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results The postoperative local symptom pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of health knowledge mastery in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group(2.86%)was lower than that of control group(22.86%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.590,P<0.05).Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with health education can enhance the cognitive level of patients with chronic sinusitis,reduce postoperative discomfort,re-duce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life in patients.
