Application of Concept of Fast Track Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Patients undergoing Nasal Endoscopic Surgery
Objective To analyze the effect of fast track surgery(FTS)in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods 70 patients with chronic sinusitis who received nasal endoscopic surgery in Long-yan People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected and were divided into two groups using the random number table.35 patients in the control group received conventional perioperative nursing measures, and 35 patients in the study group received perioperative nursing based on the FTS concept.Patient health question-naire-9(PHQ-9)score,generalized anxiety disorder(GAD-7)score,numerical rating scale(NRS)score 1 and 3 days after surgery, and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results The PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scales of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The NRS score of the study group(1.52±0.50)points was lower than that of the control group[(2.20±0.46)points],the difference was statistically significant(t=5.921,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.71%in the study group, which was lower than 22.86%in the control group, the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of FTS concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery can effectively improve adverse psychological conditions, reduce the de-gree of pain and the incidence of complications.
