摘要
目的 分析鼻内镜手术患者采用快速康复外科(Fast Track Surgery,FTS)理念进行围术期护理取得的效果.方法 单纯随机选取2020年1月—2022年12月龙岩人民医院接受鼻内镜手术治疗的70例慢性鼻窦炎患者,使用随机数表法划分为两组.对照组35例患者接受常规围术期护理措施,研究组35例患者在此基础上采用FTS理念进行围术期护理.针对两组患者健康问卷抑郁自评量表(Patient Health Questionnaire-9,PHQ-9)评分、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(Generalized Anxiety Disorder,GAD-7)评分、术后1 d及术后3 d时的数字分级评分量表(Numerical Rating Scale,NRS)评分、以及术后并发症发生率进行比较.结果 研究组干预后的PHQ-9与GAD-7量表分值均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).术后3 d时研究组NRS评分为(1.52±0.50)分,低于对照组(2.20±0.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.921,P<0.05).研究组术后并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的22.86%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).结论 鼻内镜手术患者采用FTS理念进行围术期护理能够有效改善不良心理状况,降低疼痛程度与并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of fast track surgery(FTS)in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery.Methods 70 patients with chronic sinusitis who received nasal endoscopic surgery in Long-yan People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected and were divided into two groups using the random number table.35 patients in the control group received conventional perioperative nursing measures,and 35 patients in the study group received perioperative nursing based on the FTS concept.Patient health question-naire-9(PHQ-9)score,generalized anxiety disorder(GAD-7)score,numerical rating scale(NRS)score 1 and 3 days after surgery,and incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The PHQ-9 and GAD-7 scales of the study group were lower than those of the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The NRS score of the study group(1.52±0.50)points was lower than that of the control group[(2.20±0.46)points],the difference was statistically significant(t=5.921,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.71%in the study group,which was lower than 22.86%in the control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant(χ2=4.200,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of FTS concept in perioperative nursing of patients undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery can effectively improve adverse psychological conditions,reduce the de-gree of pain and the incidence of complications.
