Effect of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing on Postoperative Rehabili-tation of Laparoscopic Endometrial Carcinoma
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with laparoscopic endometrial cancer. Methods A total of eighty-six patients underwent laparoscopic radical operation for endometrial carcinoma in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were convenienlty selected.Forty-three patients with endometrial cancer who received usual nursing from July to December 2021 were included as the control group.Forty-three patients with endometrial cancer who received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing interventions from January to June 2022 were selected as the observation group. The indexes of gastrointestinal func-tion recovery, stress response and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The finst water in-take time, finst feeding time, getting out of bed time, first anal exhaust time and first defecation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 24 h and 48 h,the pain scores of the two groups gradually decreased, and the pain scores of the observa-tion group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 9.30%,compared with 20.93%in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=2.266,P>0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing is safe and effective in the perioperative nursing of laparoscopic endometrial cancer, which can effectively reduce the postoperative stress reaction and promote the rehabilitation of gastrointestinal func-tion.
