Application Effect of Health Education in Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis
Objective To explore the application method and clinical effect of health education in nursing care of pa-tients with chronic bronchitis.Methods A total of one hundred and forty patients with chronic bronchitis hospitalized in the department of respiratory of Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.Patients were divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table method to receive different nursing care,control group(n=70)received routine nursing,observation group(n=70)combined with health education.The health knowledge,psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were detected before and after nursing,and the satisfaction with nursing was investigated after different nursing work.Results Before nursing,the score of health knowledge and the total score of quality of life assessment in observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(both P>0.05).After nursing,the score of health knowledge mastery and the total score of quality of life in observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of anxiety and depression between the two groups(both P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of clini-cal nursing work in the observation group was 95.71%,higher than that in the control group 85.71%,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ2=4.155,P<0.05).Conclusion Health education in the clinical nursing of patients with chronic bronchitis can better improve the health knowledge and quality of life of patients,promote the recovery of patients'conditions,and improve the satisfaction of patients'nursing.
