Effect of Self-efficacy Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation Outcome of Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective To explore the effect of self-efficacy nursing intervention on rehabilitation outcome of cerebral infarction patients. Methods A total of one hundred and twenty patients with cerebral infarction in the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2021 to July 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects, and the subjects were divided into sixty cases each according to the order of treatment. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the study group combined with self-efficacy nursing intervention. The treatment compliance, rehabilitation self-efficacy score and rehabilitation outcome were compared between the two groups. Results The total treatment compliance of the study group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.086,P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of re-habilitation self-efficacy in both groups were significantly higher than before intervention, and the study group was higher, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After intervention, the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before intervention, and the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,Functional Ambulation Category and Berg Balance Scale scores were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the study group was better, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After intervention, the total Self-efficacy for Rehabilitation Outcome Scale score of the two groups was significantly higher than that before intervention, and the study group was higher, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.227,P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing intervention can effectively improve the patients'treatment compliance and rehabilitation self-efficacy,and has positive significance in improving the rehabilitation outcome and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.
