Evaluation of the Impact of Optimized Emergency Nursing Care on Resus-citation Effect in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective To investigate the value of optimized emergency care methods for improving the resuscitation ef-fect of patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in Chengyang District People's Hospital of Qingdao from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 50 pa-tients in each group. The control group received routine emergency care, and the observation group received optimized emergency care.Negative psychological and emotional scores, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients. Results After nursing, the anxiety score(36.15±6.12)points and depression score(35.45±5.11)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(50.12±5.17)points and(47.45±4.61)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.330,12.329,both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of optimized emergency care in the rescue care of patients with acute myocardial infarction can effectively alleviate the negative psychological emotions of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events, optimize the prognosis, and have a higher nursing satisfaction.
