Study on the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Nurs-ing Intervention in the Rehabilitation of Hemiplegic Patients with Early Ischemic Stroke
Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention in hemiplegic patients with early ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 106 patients with ischemic stroke accompanied by limb dys-function treated in Shanghai Pudong New Area Geriatric Hospital from November 2019 to December 2022 were conve-niently selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group(54 cases)and control group(52 cases)according to drawing lots. The control group received routine rehabilitation, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing rehabilitation on the basis of routine rehabilitation.Motor function score,Barthel index score, nursing satisfaction and compliance of rehabilitation function exercise were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the motor function score of the observation group(86.47±4.57)points was higher than that of the control group(81.36±3.96)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.159,P<0.05).After nursing,Barthel index score, nursing satisfaction and compliance of rehabilitation function exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion After ischemic stroke patients with limb movement dysfunction choose to use traditional Chinese medicine characteristic technology for targeted comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention, the health condition has a significant improvement, and the clinical effect is relatively more satisfactory.
