Effectiveness of Humanistic Care Concept Nursing Service for Outpatient Cystoscopy Patients and Impact on Pain Scores
Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care on the effect of outpatient cystoscopy and pain score.Methods A total of 100 patients receiving cystoscopy in the bladder endoscopy room of Yancheng First People's Hospital from October 2022 to August 2023 were conveniently and randomly selected as the study objects.50 patients were randomly selected as the control group for routine nursing,and the other 50 patients were selected as the observation group,and humanistic care and nursing services was added on the basis of routine nursing care.The degree of tension and fear,compliance,success rate of intubation,pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of nervousness and fear in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(both P<0.05).The compliance and success rate of in-tubation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(both P<0.05).The degree of pain after nursing in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.00%),the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=9.890,P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of outpatient cystoscopy,the active development of humanistic care concept nursing service can effectively reduce the patient's tension,fear and pain,better cooperate with the intu-bation,to ensure the success rate of intubation,and greatly improve the patient's nursing satisfaction.
