Analysis of the Effects of Respiratory Training Nursing under the Concept of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Technique on Pulmonary Function and Exercise Tolerance of Postoperative Patients with PCI in Cardiac Infarction
Objective To analyze the effects of respiratory training interventions on pulmonary function and exercise endurance under the concept of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technique in clinical interventions for post-operative patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for cardiac infarction. Methods A total of 92 patients with PCI in Jiawang District People's Hospital of Xuzhou City from March 2022 to March 2023 were conveniently se-lected as the study objects and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine breathing training, and the observation group received breathing training under the concept of proprioceptive nerve promotion technology. The pulmonary function index level, exercise endurance level and quality of life score of the two groups were compared. Results The lung function of observation group was higher than that of control group one week after operation, the exercise endurance level was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The life quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical intervention of post-PCI patients with heart attack, the implementation of respiratory training intervention un-der the concept of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation technology can effectively improve the level of pulmonary function indexes of the patients and enhance the exercise endurance.
