Analysis of the Effect of Perinatal Body Mass Management Combined with Kegel Exercise on Improving Postpartum Pelvic Floor Function
Objective To explore the value of perinatal body mass management combined with Kegel exercise in im-proving postpartum pelvic floor function.Methods 120 perinatal pregnant women who were examined at Qianxinan Prefecture People's Hospital of Guizhou Province from June 2021 to November 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into a control group(conventional perinatal management)and a research group(perinatal weight management combined with Kegel exercise)using the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The management effects of the two groups were observed.Results Six weeks after delivery,the in-cidence of stress urinary incontinence in the study group was 13.33%,which was significantly lower than the control group 25.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.395,P<0.05).The normal rates of pelvic floor typeⅠ and Ⅱ muscle fiber strength in the study group were 71.67%and 76.67%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group 51.67%and 50.00%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=8.461,15.315,both P<0.05).The pelvic organ prolapse rate in the study group was 10.00%,which was significantly lower than the 31.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=14.235,P<0.05).The scores of the pel-vic floor dysfunction questionnaire in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of the quality of life in the study group was(81.34±9.11)points,which was significantly lower than the control group(114.73±11.25)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=17.867,P<0.001).Conclusion Perinatal body weight management combined with Kegel exercise can im-prove maternal pelvic floor muscle strength,prevent the occurrence of pelvic floor dysfunction,and reduce the trouble caused by the disease to maternal future life.
