Analysis of the Value of Baduanjin Combined with Balance Training in In-tervention of Poststroke Depression
Objective To explore the effect of Baduanjin combined with balance training intervention on poststroke de-pression.Methods 80 stroke patients admitted to Guilin People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the research subjects.According to the simple numerical table method, the study subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received balance training, while the observation group practiced Baduanjin on the basis of the control group. The inter-vention cycle was three months. The limb motor function, balance function, and depression of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with pre-intervention,the Fugl Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)scores(upper limb)and FMA scores(lower limb)of two groups of patients increased after intervention, the observation group had higher FMA scores(42.13±4.84)points and(24.34±3.63)points in upper and lower limbs compared to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=12.660,11.332,both P<0.05).Compared with the pre-intervention period, the Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores of two groups of patients gradually increased after 1,2,and 3 months of intervention, and the observation group remained higher than the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with pre-intervention,the Hamilton Depressed Scale(HAMD)scores of both groups of patients gradually decreased after 1,2,and 3 months of intervention, and the observation group re-mained lower than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baduanjin with balance training can improve the patients'limb motor function, improve the patients'balance function, and also reduce the occurrence of patients'depression. Therefore, the combination of Baduanjin and balance training plays a particularly important role in improving the prognosis of depression in stroke patients.
