慢性牙周炎患者予以盐酸米诺环素联合牙周基础治疗的有效性评价

摘要
目的 分析盐酸米诺环素与牙周基础联合治疗对慢性牙周炎患者临床疗效的影响.方法 方便选取2022年1月—2023年4月山东省威海市妇幼保健院接受治疗的94例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签方式划分为对照组(47例)和观察组(47例),对照组采用牙周基础治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素与牙周基础联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组复发率为2.13%,低于对照组的17.02%,且临床总疗效率为95.74%,高于对照组的80.85%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.423、5.044,P均<0.05).治疗后,观察组基质金属蛋白酶、白介素-8、白介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);治疗后,观察组牙周袋探诊深度、牙周附着水平、龈沟出血指数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 慢性牙周炎患者通过接受盐酸米诺环素联合牙周基础治疗,可以提高临床疗效,减少复发率,对降低炎症因子,改善牙周健康具有重要作用.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of combined treatment of minocycline hydrochloride and periodontal basal therapy on the clinical efficacy of patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 94 patients with chronic peri-odontitis who received treatment in Weihai Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province from January 2022 to April 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(47 cases)according to random drawing method.The control group received periodontal basic treatment,and the observation group received minocycline hydrochloride combined with periodontal basic treat-ment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.13%,lower than that of the control group(17.02%),and the total clinical efficacy was 95.74%,higher than that of the control group(80.85%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.423,5.044,both P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of matrix metalloproteinase,interleukin-8,interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the periodontal pocket probing depth,periodontal attachment level and gingival sulcus bleeding index in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic periodontitis patients can improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the recurrence rate by receiving minocycline hydrochloride combined with periodontal basal therapy,which plays an important role in re-ducing inflammatory factors and improving periodontal health.
