高龄住院老年患者肠内营养支持的效果分析

摘要
目的 分析高龄住院老年患者肠内营养支持的效果.方法 回顾性选取2022年2月—2023年2月北京市垂杨柳医院老年医学科的66例高龄老年患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,各33例.对照组采用静脉途径提供营养支持,观察组采用肠内营养干预,对比两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组的血白蛋白(28.12±5.63)g/L、前白蛋白(0.18±0.02)g/L、转铁蛋白(1.62±0.28)g/L、血红蛋白(128.69±15.75)g/L高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组的谷丙转氨酶(29.96±6.56)U/L、谷草转氨酶(25.52±7.65)U/L、总胆红素(15.12±1.89)µmol/L、血肌酐(100.47±15.64)µmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).观察组胃肠道反应发生率高于对照组,感染并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 高龄住院老年患者营养支持中应用肠内营养的效果突出.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of enteral nutritional support in elderly patients hospitalized at advanced age.Methods The clinical data of 66 cases of elderly patients hospitalized in the Department of Geriatrics,Beijing Chuiyangliu Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were retrospective selected,and were divided into 33 cases each in the observation group and the control group according to the mode of treatment.The control group prac-ticed the intravenous route to provide nutritional support,and the observation group used enteral nutritional interven-tion.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The blood albumin(28.12±5.63)g/L,prealbumin(0.18±0.02)g/L,transferrin(1.62±0.28)g/L,and hemoglobin(128.69±15.75)g/L of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Albumin transaminase(29.96±6.56)U/L,glutamine transaminase(25.52±7.65)U/L,total bilirubin(15.12±1.89)µmol/L,and blood creati-nine(100.47±15.64)µmol/L in the observation group were lower than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The complication rate of gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the infection rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the application of enteral nutrition in the nutritional support of elderly patients hospitalized at a high age is outstanding.
