Analysis of the Effectiveness of Laparoscopic Myomectomy in the Treat-ment of Uterine Fibroids
Objective To analyze the effect of hysteroscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids.Meth-ods A total of 52 patients with uterine fibroids treated at FAW General Hospital in Changchun City,Jilin Province from January 2022 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using ran-dom number table,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional laparotomy,and the observa-tion group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The perioperative indicators,ovarian function,efficacy,and oc-currence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative indicators of the ob-servation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,progesterone and estradiol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone were higher than those in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.15%)was higher than that of the control group(76.92%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.127,P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(0)was lower than that of the control group(15.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.333,P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of uterine fibroids,laparoscopic myomectomy can achieve significant efficacy,improve the level of various indicators of patients,and re-duce the incidence of postoperative complications.
