Effect of Colposcopy Combined with LEEP on Quality of Life in the Treat-ment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions
Objective To explore the effect of colposcopy combined with LEEP knife(LEEP)on quality of life in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions. Methods Fifty patients with cervical precancerous lesions admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to July 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects, and the grouping method was selected by random number table method. They were divided into comparison group(n=24)and research group(n=26).Cervical laser cautery,colpos-copy combined with LEEP were performed respectively. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were com-pared.Results The total complication rate of research group 3.85%was lower than that of comparison group 25.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.638,P<0.05).Compared with the comparison group, research group less intraoperative blood loss, operative time, drainage time and postoperative hospital stay were shorter, the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Preoperative quality of life scores of the two groups were compared, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).At discharge, the quality of life scores of both groups were increased, and the research group was higher than the comparison group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions can reduce the incidence of complications, improve perioperative indexes and improve the quality of life of patients.
