Application and Analysis of Traditional Laparotomy and Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Ovarian Cysts
Objective To explore the application effect and analysis of traditional laparotomy and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods 60 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology De-partment of Sihong Fen Jinting Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received traditional open surgery,and the observation group received laparoscopic surgery.The op-eration,hospital stay,ovarian function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The duration of operation and hospitalization in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Before operation,there was no significant difference in ovarian function between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,luteinizing hormone in observation group was higher than that in control group,estradiol and vaginal ultrasound basal sinus follicle count were lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The curative effect of observation group(96.67%)was sig-nificantly better than that of control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=9.886,P= 0.002).Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic surgery on patients with ovarian cysts is better than that of traditional open surgery,which can shorten the operation and hospital stay,improve the ovarian function and increase the treat-ment efficiency.
