Evaluation of Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids and Its Influence on Body Trauma
Objective To discuss the efficacy and impacts on organism trauma of laparoscopic myomectomy(LM)ap-plied to patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 58 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Shuyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects, and were randomly divided into the control group(open surgery,29 cases)and the intervention group(LM treatment,29 cases)according to the drawing method. The efficacy, surgical indexes, ovarian function and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the control group(72.41%),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.735,P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss, the first postoperative anal exhaust, the first time out of bed,and the time of hospitalization in the intervention group were(61.76±5.86)mL,(21.38±4.43)h,(20.11±5.37)h,and(5.26±0.56)d,respectively,which were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=28.943,7.874,5.909,11.717,all P<0.05).The levels of anti-Muller-tube hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, and estradiol in the inter-vention group were(1.93±0.17)ng/mL,(7.38±1.11)U/L and(131.75±6.12)pmol/L,respectively,higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.535,3.964,17.809,all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group was 3.45%,which was lower than that in the control group(27.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.735,P<0.05).Conclusion LM treatment for uterine fibroids has a good effect, which can optimize surgical indicators, improve ovarian function, and reduce the incidence of postopera-tive complications.
