Analysis of Application Value of Remifentanil in Laparoscopic Anesthesia
Objective To analyze the application value of remifentanil in laparoscopic anesthesia.Methods A total of 160 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery admitted to Fuqing Third Hospital from February 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into observation group(n=80,remifentanil Anestheisa)and control group(n=80,sufentanil anesthesia)by random number table method.Ramsay Sedation Scale(RSS),incidence of adverse reactions and agitation score were compared between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant differences in RSS score at T0 between two groups(P>0.05).The RSS scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group in other time periods,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.25%,lower than 13.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=12.098,P<0.05).The scores of T5,T6 and T7 agitation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil has ideal sedative effect in laparoscopic anesthesia,high safety and low risk of agitation.
