Effect of Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Labetalol on Hypertensive Pregnancy and Its Influence on Systolic and Diastolic Blood Pressure
Objective To analyze the effects of magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol on systolic and diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive pregnancy patients. Methods Clinical data of 100 patients with gestational hyperten-sion in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Fujian Province from March 2019 to May 2022 were ret-rospectively selected. The patients were divided into two groups based on different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group.Conventional treatment with magnesium sulfate was used as control group, and treatment with magne-sium sulfate combined with labetalol was used as observation group. The clinical efficacy, vascular endothelial func-tion,blood pressure, inflammatory stress response, incidence of adverse reactions and incidence of adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effect of observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of control group(86.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.891,P<0.05).After treatment, all vas-cular endothelial function indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, blood pressure levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and all inflammatory stress response in-dexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions and adverse outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional treatment, magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension effect is more significant.
