Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Amoxicillin Combined with Omepra-zole on Gastritis Combined with Gastric Ulcer
Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of the combined treatment of gastritis combined with gastric ulcer using amoxicillin and omeprazole.Methods 70 patients with gastritis combined with gastric ulcer admit-ted to Xinhua Hospital of Guanxian County from November 2021 to January 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups in an odd-even way.The control group(35 cases)were treated with omeprazole alone,and the study group(35 cases)were treated with amoxicillin combined with omeprazole.The bio-chemical indicators(gastrin,motilin,reactive protein),incidence of adverse reactions,symptom reactions(belching,loss of appetite,nausea,vomiting,abdominal distension,abdominal pain)syndrome integration of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the biochemical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.85%,lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2= 5.081,P=0.024).After treatment,symptom scores of the study group were significantly lower than control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The prognosis incidence of disease recurrence in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastritis combined with gastric ulcer can effectively improve the disease response of patients,promote the recovery of gastric function,relieve inflammation,and ensure the safety of patients with medication.
