The Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing Based on JBI Model in Patients with Post-intensive Care Syndrome
Objective To analyze the value of evidence-based care based on the Australian Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care(Joanna Briggs Institute,JBI)model in patients with post-critical care syndrome. Methods A retro The clinical data of 80 patients with post-critical care syndrome admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from August 2020 to August 2022 were retrospectively selected, and were grouped according to the differ-ence in nursing methods. The control group(n=40)received routine care, and the observation group(n=40)received evidence-based care based on the JBI model.Compared the emotional state(anxiety, depression, stress),traumatic stress response(physical response, emotional response, behavioral response),blood gas indicators(blood oxygen satu-ration,arterial blood oxygen partial pressure, arterial carbon dioxide partial pressure)and Intensive Care Nursing Scor-ing System(ICNSS)score between two groups before and after nursing. Results There were no statistically significant differences in the emotional state, traumatic stress response and ICNSS scores between the two groups before care(P>0.05).The post-nursing depression, anxiety, stress, traumatic stress reaction and ICNSS scores of the observation group were(7.32±1.16)points,(7.44±1.32)points,(11.52±1.12)points,(26.84±4.60)points and(16.84±2.58)points,which were lower than those of the control group. The differences were statistically significant(t=9.577,10.431,14.431,17.752,11.606,all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in blood gas indicators between the two groups before and after nursing(P>0.05).The blood oxygen saturation and arterial oxygen partial pressure of the two groups after nursing were higher than those of the same group before nursing, and the arterial carbon dioxide level was lower than that of the same group before nursing, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing based on the JBI model can alleviate the negative emotions of patients with post-intensive care syndrome, reduce traumatic stress reactions, and reduce the severity of the disease, and has high appli-cation value.
