强化式护理干预在突发性耳聋患者中的应用及对生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨突发性耳聋患者应用强化式护理干预对心理状态、自我效能感、生活质量的改善情况及对护理满意度评分的影响.方法 方便选取2021年1月—2023年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的94例突发性耳聋患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为强化组(n=47)和常规组(n=47),常规组给予常规护理干预,强化组给予强化式护理干预,比较两组心理状态、自我效能感、生活质量改善情况及护理满意度评分.结果 干预后,强化组症状自评量表评分为(135.28±10.64)分,低于常规组的(146.05±11.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).强化组一般自我效能感量表评分为(36.11±3.25)分,高于常规组的(32.63±3.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).强化组生活质量量表各维度评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).强化组护理满意度为97.87%,高于常规组的82.98%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.424,P<0.05).结论 突发性耳聋患者应用强化式护理干预可改善其心理状态,促进自我效能感和生活质量提高,更有利于护理满意度的提升.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on psychological state,self-efficacy,qual-ity of life and nursing satisfaction score in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 94 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to February 2023 were con-veniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into intensive group(n=47)and routine group(n=47)accord-ing to random number table method.Routine group was given routine nursing intervention,and intensive group was given intensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,self-efficacy,improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the symptom self-rating scale score of the intensive group was(135.28±10.64)points,which was lower than that of the conventional group(146.05±11.91)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general self-efficacy scale score of the intensive group was(36.11±3.25)points,higher than that of the conventional group(32.63±3.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life scale in the intensive group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the intensive group was 97.87%,higher than that in the conventional group(82.98%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.424,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive nursing intervention in patients with sudden deafness can change their good psychological state,promote the improvement of self-efficacy and quality of life,and is more conducive to the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
