Application of Intensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Sudden Deafness and Its Influence on Quality of Life
Objective To explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention on psychological state,self-efficacy,qual-ity of life and nursing satisfaction score in patients with sudden deafness.Methods A total of 94 patients with sudden deafness admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2021 to February 2023 were con-veniently selected as the study objects,and were divided into intensive group(n=47)and routine group(n=47)accord-ing to random number table method.Routine group was given routine nursing intervention,and intensive group was given intensive nursing intervention.The psychological state,self-efficacy,improvement of quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the symptom self-rating scale score of the intensive group was(135.28±10.64)points,which was lower than that of the conventional group(146.05±11.91)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The general self-efficacy scale score of the intensive group was(36.11±3.25)points,higher than that of the conventional group(32.63±3.63)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life scale in the intensive group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the intensive group was 97.87%,higher than that in the conventional group(82.98%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.424,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive nursing intervention in patients with sudden deafness can change their good psychological state,promote the improvement of self-efficacy and quality of life,and is more conducive to the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
