基于赋能理论的延续护理对半月板损伤患者膝关节镜术后康复的影响

摘要
目的 探讨基于赋能理论的延续护理对半月板损伤患者膝关节镜术后康复的影响.方法 随机选取2021年1月—2023年1月福建省泉州市第一医院接受膝关节镜手术治疗的120例半月板损伤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例.对照组接受传统延续性护理,观察组接受基于赋能理论的延续护理.对比两组患者的康复依从性、膝关节功能、护理满意度差异.结果 观察组康复依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护理总满意率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.175,P<0.05).结论 半月板损伤患者膝关节镜手术出院后采用基于赋能理论的延续护理,可有效增加患者的康复依从性,提升膝关节功能,有助于增加护理满意度,是一种理想的延续性护理模式.
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of continuous nursing based on the theory of empowerment on the reha-bilitation of patients with meniscus injury after knee arthroscopy.Methods A total of 120 patients with meniscus in-jury who received knee arthroscopic surgery in Quanzhou First Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2021 to Janu-ary 2023 were selected randomly as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group ac-cording to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received traditional continu-ous care,and the observation group received continuous care based on the empowerment theory.The differences of re-habilitation compliance,knee function and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared.Re-sults The rehabilitation compliance rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Lysholm knee joint score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the ob-servation group was 95.00%,higher than 81.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.175,P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing based on the empowerment theory can effectively increase the rehabilitation compliance of patients with meniscus injury after discharge from knee arthroscopy,improve knee function,and help to increase nursing satisfaction,which is an ideal continuous nursing model.
