Role of Perioperative Nursing Model Based on Evidence-based Interven-tion in Holmium Laser Lithotripsy of Kidney Stones
Objective To explore the role of perioperative nursing model based on evidence-based intervention in hol-mium laser lithotripsy of kidney stones.Methods A total of eighty patients with kidney stones who underwent holmium laser lithotripsy from July 2020 to July 2023 in China Railway Fuyang Hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into observation group and reference group with 40 cases in each group by computer complete randomization.The reference group received traditional nursing methods,and the observation group received perioperative nursing mode based on evidence-based intervention.The scores of mental state,complications and quality of life were com-pared between the two groups.Results The psychological status score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication rate in the observation group was 2.5%,lower than that of the reference group by 17.50%,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(χ2=5.000,P<0.05).The quality of life score of observation group was higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy,perioperative nursing mode based on evidence-based intervention can effectively improve psychological state,promote active cooperation in diagnosis and treatment,reduce the complication rate of patients.
