Operation and Effect Analysis of Evidence-based Nursing in Emergency Care of Postpartum Hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the nursing effects of applying evidence-based nursing in emergency care for post-partum hemorrhage. Methods Retrospective selection was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with postpar-tum hemorrhage admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from February 2022 to October 2023.Ac-cording to the order of admission, they were divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received evidence-based nursing interventions, while the comparison group re-ceived conventional nursing intervention. The hemorrhage, complication rate, psychological state, blood pressure and heart rate indexes of the two groups were evaluated. Results The 24 hour bleeding volume of the observation group was(82.62±5.97)mL,which was lower than the control group's(113.87±10.68)mL,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(t=16.153,P<0.001).The total complications rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the observation group had better psychological state and better recovery of blood pressure and heart rate indexs, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing mea-sures can reduce the amount of maternal postpartum hemorrhage and the incidence of complications, reduce the ad-verse psychological impact to promote the recovery of blood pressure and heart rate indicators.
